By purchasing from Before You Go Live you agree to these terms.

We provide the products and services described on this site. Deliverables, timelines, and prices are as stated on the relevant page at the time of your purchase.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as INSOMNIAC AGENTS, the platform that operates this storefront's billing.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We may update these terms; the version shown here applies to your purchase.

Privacy Policy

Before You Go Live collects only what it needs to deliver your order: the contact details and project information you choose to share with us, and the order metadata Stripe returns when you pay.

Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our systems. We do not sell your personal information, and we share it only with the service providers (such as Stripe and our email provider) needed to fulfil your order and reply to you.

This is a static site and sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email reid@allegianttechnology.net and we will action your request.

Refunds

Every purchase carries a 30-day, 100%, no-questions refund. Email us and it's done. The repo audit is additionally refunded in full if we miss the 5-business-day delivery window.

Delivery

Playbooks and the full doctrine pack are delivered as instant downloads after Stripe checkout. The repo audit is delivered by email as a branded report within 5 business days of receiving your repository link.

Payments and billing descriptor

Payments are processed by Stripe hosted checkout; card details never touch this site. Your card statement will show INSOMNIAC AGENTS — Before You Go Live is operated on the Insomniac Agents platform.
